Governing law

Five Iron Golf Australia controls and operates this site from its offices within Australia. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. You and Five Iron Golf Australia agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If you choose to access this site from another location, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Revisions to terms of service

Five Iron Golf Australia may revise or amend these Terms of Service at any time at our absolute discretion by posting revised terms. You agree that, in the event that any portion of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Service remain in full force and effect. Any revisions will be effective immediately. By continuing to use this site after any revision becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.

This site may contain information from or hyperlinks and other pointers to internet websites operated by third parties. Such information or websites are not under the control of Five Iron Golf Australia and Five Iron Golf Australia is not responsible for the contents of any such information or website. Five Iron Golf Australia provides such information and hyperlinks to you as convenience only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of the linked website by Five Iron Golf Australia You rely on such information or websites entirely at your own risk.

User comments, feedback and other submissions

Five Iron Golf Australia may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you.

Simulator rentals

You do not need to be a 5i member to rent a simulator at any of our locations. Simulator rentals are $60 per hour per simulator, Monday to Sunday. Please see individual locations for opening times. It is recommended for simulator rentals to be booked in advance via our online booking system or by directly calling your preferred Five Iron Golf Australia location. While we will try to accommodate specific simulator rental requests, we can not guarantee you will always get your choice of booth. When booking, you will be required to create a Five Iron Golf Australia Client account.

Club hire

You can hire a set of Callaway clubs for just $30. Men, ladies, and kids sets are available in right and left handed. Please indicate your need for club hire during the online booking process.

Simulator rental cancellation

We value your business and humbly request that you adhere to our scheduling policies to avoid any disappointments.

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us via phone or email at least 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
  • Clients who miss their appointments or are more than 10 minutes late without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
  • Clients with 5i membership who miss their appointments or are more than 10 minutes late without giving any prior notice will be charged a flat cancellation fee of $35.
  • Five Iron Golf Australia reserves the right to give away your simulator after 10 minutes and charge the no-show fee.
  • All services longer than two hours require a credit card to guarantee a reservation.

Facility access

To assist us in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all 5i members, clients and staff, you are required to abide by the following conditions. Failure to abide by these conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your membership, or removal from our facility.

  • All clients are required to present to the Five Iron Golf Australia counter for check-in, including 5i members guests.
  • Wear suitable comfortable clothes, without offensive images or inappropriate advertising.
  • Our facilities are non-smoking venues, the smoking of cigarettes or electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or vapes) is strictly prohibited.
  • Return all furniture and equipment to its original state when you are finished.
  • Minors aged under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an parent or guardian at all times.

Entry will be refused or you may be requested to leave if;

  • You are using abusive or threatening language, or behaving in a threatening way,
  • You behave in a way that is considered to be risky or seriously inappropriate, or
  • You damage or use the simulator and/or golf equipment in an unsafe manner.

5i membership

This section constitutes a Contract summary for understanding our membership options, and by entering into the Contract you acknowledge and agree:

  • Agreeing to consecutive payments over a specified period of time
  • You are medically sound to undertake a normal course of golf play
  • To use the facilities at your sole risk and responsibility
  • Completed the Waiver and Release of Liability requirement
  • Agree to the direct debit to your nominated credit card
  • Comply with the cancellation policy

Option 1: Mid-week 5i membership

  • $30 AUD per week, billed monthly
  • Available during off-peak times Monday to Friday
  • Maximum of 2 hours of play per day during off-peak hours
  • Maximum of 1 simulator rental per booking
  • 5 free guest passes
  • 20% discount on simulator rentals during peak hours
  • Valid at all Five Iron Golf Australia locations

Option 2: Full-week 5i membership

  • $40 AUD per week, billed monthly
  • Available during off-peak times Monday to Sunday
  • Maximum of 2 hours of play per day during off-peak hours
  • Maximum of 1 simulator rental per booking
  • 5 free guest passes
  • 20% discount on simulator rentals during peak hours
  • Valid at all Five Iron Golf Australia locations

Peak vs off-peak times

5i membership rates are subject to off-peak times, while a discounted rate is available during peak times. Please see individual locations for peak and off-peak times.

5i membership payments

5i members agree to pay the instalment amount at the agreed payment frequency for the term of the Contract. Payments are auto-renewing until cancelled. 5i members are charged to their nominated credit card monthly on the day the Contract started. To alter the stored payment details please contact your local facility.

5i foundation membership

5i members who joined during our foundation membership period (between 1-Aug-2023 and 30-Sep-2023) are subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined for the 5i membership contract.

5i membership cancellation

5i members can cancel their membership at any time. Please contact your local facility to request your cancellation. Your membership will be cancelled from the date your Contract started. No refunds will be given.

Events

Five Iron Golf Australia considers a reservation for a group larger than eight to be an event. All events require a booking due to simulator rental availability and additional staffing requirements. Enquires can be made via our website or you can contact your preferred location directly.

Accounts

To provide you with the best Five Iron Golf experience we use the following accompanying tools.

  • Five Iron Golf: when booking a simulator online or at one of our facilities, it is a condition of use to provide details for the booking; including name, email, mobile and credit card. Your payment method will only be charged at the completion of your experience. Creating a Five Iron Golf Client account will provide you with booking confirmation and updates.
  • Mindbody: is an online booking community for the fitness and wellness industry. You can download the Mindbody app and using the same email address you did when booking at Five Iron Golf, create an account to book, review and manage all your account details.
  • TrackMan: provides the indoor golf simulator solution that delivers an experience like no other. By having a TrackMan account you can bring together data from every session you play and practice. You will need a TrackMan account if participating in any of our league competitions.

Third party coupon codes

Coupon codes available on such sites as, but not limited to; WeThrift, CouponBirds and HotDeals are USA based and are not applicable in Australia and can not be used when booking a service with Five Iron Golf Australia.

Privacy policy

Your 'personal information' (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) will only be used by Five Iron Golf Australia, Mindbody or TrackMan in accordance with the provision of their Privacy Statements.
